Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your booking, and cancellation fees may apply as per our cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
Cancellations made 30 days/weeks/months prior to the departure date will incur no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30-15 days of the departure date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 0-14 days of the departure date or for no-shows on the day of departure.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

In the event that we need to cancel a tour or trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings, we will provide a full refund as a voucher for an alternative tour/trip.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour/trip itinerary based on safety considerations, local regulations, or other factors beyond our control.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for booking.
Please note that bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds for any optional add-ons, activities, or services not included in the original tour/trip package may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

We understand that unforeseen emergencies or medical conditions may arise, leading to last-minute cancellations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Changes to bookings, including date changes, participant substitutions, or itinerary alterations, may be allowed depending on availability and our discretion. Additional charges or fees may apply for such changes.
