Day wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong (100 km / 3 hrs)
- Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, meet our representative.
- Transfer to Shillong, known as the "Scotland of the East".
- En route, visit Umiam Lake, a picturesque spot ideal for boating and photography.
- Check-in at the hotel in Shillong.
- Evening at leisure to explore the local market.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Shillong.
Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong (54 km / 2 hrs one way)
- After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Cherrapunjee, one of the wettest places on earth.
- Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, and Mawsmai Cave.
- Explore the living root bridges and the beautiful landscape.
- Return to Shillong in the evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Shillong.
Day 3: Shillong Local Sightseeing
- After breakfast, explore local attractions in Shillong.
- Visit Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, Ward's Lake, and the Don Bosco Museum.
- Take a stroll through Lady Hydari Park and visit the All Saint’s Church.
- Enjoy shopping at Police Bazaar in the evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Shillong.
Day 4: Shillong – Kaziranga National Park (250 km / 6 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Check-in at the hotel or jungle lodge in Kaziranga.
- Evening at leisure to relax or explore the nearby tea gardens.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 5: Kaziranga National Park
- Early morning, embark on an elephant safari in the central range of Kaziranga National Park to spot the famous one-horned rhinoceros and other wildlife.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast.
- Later, go for a jeep safari in the western range of the park.
- In the afternoon, take another jeep safari in the eastern range to explore the park further.
- Evening at leisure to relax at the lodge.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 6: Kaziranga – Guwahati (200 km / 5 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati.
- En route, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple.
- Proceed to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
- Tour concludes with beautiful memories of Shillong and Kaziranga.
